A Campus placement drive for Mechanical Engineering students was organized by Dabur India Ltd at Indo Global Colleges, Mohali on Thursday.  

Final year Mechanical Engineering students participated in the drive. The process started with a pre-placement talk by Ashok Batra, Senior Manager HR & IR and Jude Linhares, General Manager - Manifacturing on behalf of the Dabur India Ltd. This was followed by group discussions.

Students selected in group discussions appeared for personal & technical interviews. Finally ______ students were selected by the Company Officials. The company is offering a pay package ranging between Rs 2 to 2.5 lakh to the selected students. Selected students  will be appointed as Executive Trainee Engineers. The selected students will have to go for six month pre placement training.

Jude Linhares & Ashok Batra both showed satisfaction over the quality of the students and appreciated the modern facilities provided to the students by the College Management. 

Director General of the College, R Panickar  congratulated the selected students and motivated them to perform best to their abilities in their respective jobs. He said that the process of making Indo Global students better employed  is going on very well. Many Companies has visited the Campus and many more are expected to come for Campus placements in near future.
