Facilities Sports Facility The college provides ample sports facilities to its students. It has established sports facilities for both Indoor and Outdoor games. It has well laid following play grounds: (A) For Outdoor games: 1. Cricket ground 2. Football ground [110m X 70m] 3. Basket ball ground [28m X 15m] 4. Volley ball ground [18m X 9m] (B) For Indoor games: 1. Table Tennis 2. Badminton 3. Carom Board 4. Chess. The college encourages its students to pursue at least one game of his or her choices. It is regularly participating in various sports meets conducted by the PTU in different institutes. In the near future the sports facilities are being extended in the area of Athletics and Lawn tennis. A separate Gym is also being provided.

 N.S.S. ACTIVITY

The college has enrolled 100 students under the NSS activity. They are engaged in the rural area development, adult education, cleanliness & malaria prevention drive & in helping pulse polio program and also in road building under the guidance of PTU. The villages Abhipur and Gochar had been adopted under the NSS activities for the year 2005.
 

Some other activities organized by college are:
1. Debate/Seminars: Each student is provided with a separate topic for delivering a seminar. He/She prepares the topics under the guidance of a teacher and gives a seminar using modern means of communication viz OHP, multi media projector.

2. General Tutorials: Each teacher has been given a group of 6 students to look into their personal academic progress as well as their difficulties if any. These tutes enable the students to build the proper teacher student interaction.

3. Earn while you learn: Earn while you learn programme has been launched for the students. Under this programme. The students are given paid projects to complete. They work in the library, workshops, sports grounds etc. The students do these with lot of interest and are adequately paid as per the efforts put in.

 Canteen

The college has a large canteen, resounding with music. The canteen caters to the needs of staff and students. Lunch, tea, snacks and refreshments are supplied on demand. All items are served at nominal rates.
